About
Our Story
True Vault Escapades: A Fallout Audio Drama is an award-winning mystery podcast series set in the Fallout universe during the era of the second battle of Hoover Dam. The narrative follows Walter Camry, a tough-as-nails wasteland private investigator, and Bunny, a blonde-bombshell vault resident, who team up after political turmoil threatens her home vault. Operating out of their agency, W.B. Investigations, they traverse postwar America from Texas to the war-torn deserts of the Mojave Wasteland. Working under the jurisdiction of Mr. House, the duo risks everything to expose crime syndicates, corrupt factions, and century-old cold cases.
The production is helmed by creator, producer, and lead writer Preston Hardin, who launched the project out of his own Fallout-inspired web radio station, A-Bomb Radio. Hardin’s writing, occasionally supported by co-writer Joshua L. Belmonte, aims to seamlessly integrate into the established Fallout: New Vegas timeline without disrupting official lore. On the acting side, the recurring main cast features Eric Huffman as the voice of Detective Walter Camry, alongside Sharon Grünwald and Krystal Romero, who have both voiced Bunny over the show's seasons. Phillip Sacramento provides further atmosphere to the wasteland noir as the series narrator and Lieutenant Humphreys, rounding out an expansive community production that has grown to feature dozens of voice talents over the years.

Put W.B. Investigations on Retainer
Ten years of tracking down Mojave secrets takes a lot of tech, data-crunching, and professional clean-up
Bringing postwar America to life with Trans-Atlantic accents, immersive sound design, and that signature old-school vinyl grain takes an immense amount of work behind the scenes. Since kicking off the agency's harrowing adventures in 2016 with "You Can Call Me Bunny," what started as a five-episode detective drama has expanded into a decade-long saga spanning from the deserts of New Vegas to the harsh lands of Texas.
But keeping the agency on the air requires a steady stream of caps. We rely entirely on our listeners to directly fund our professional sound editors, support our voice cast, and keep our massive 10-year audio archive open to the public.
When you back W.B. Investigations on Patreon, you unlock over 500 exclusive, member-only posts right from the agency's classified desk.
